BII Newcomer of the Year - Stage Two Entry Form

Congratulations!  You have successfully passed stage one of the BII Newcomer of the Year Award and we’re inviting you to enter stage two.

This is a great achievement and all you have to do now is complete the five questions in the attached stage two entry form, please download the form by clicking on the icon at the top right hand side of this page. 

Please feel free to use additional paper to answer the questions which you should send to Joanna Buston at the latest by Friday 21 January 2011. 

You may need to set aside up to a couple of hours or so to complete this stage but I’m sure you’ll consider it time very well spent if it means that you’re selected as one of the semi-finalists.
