Now in it’s 21st year, the BII Licensee of the Year Award, with its prestigious trophy and £1000 cheque has become one of the most sought after titles in the industry.
Chris Lewis FBII is a highly impressive operator, who is strongly committed to quality training. Chris has taken the lead in promoting a responsible attitude to licensed retailing, ensuring that all his bar staff take the BIIAB Award in Responsible Retailing (ARAR). Chris and his team also give talks in local schools on responsible retailing, both from the career and the consumer prospective.
