John concluded: “BII will continue to support our members, and the industry as a whole, through these very difficult times. We do this in many ways – for example, we produce a highly regarded monthly magazine called BII Business, which contains information on our wide range of business support services, one of which is a free legal helpline.

“We ensure our website is always up-to-date with the latest industry news and legislation changes, and we constantly monitor the BIIAB’s portfolio of qualifications and develop new ones to meet the needs of the industry. We also organise events and initiatives throughout the year and one such example is this year’s Better Business Roadshow, which kicked off in Cardiff today and is now touring the country offering advice on how to save money, increase profits and be one step ahead of the competition.”
