BII brings seminar and networking event to Bury St Edmunds

The BII Anglia Region, is holding a networking and seminar event on Thursday 31st March 2005, at Greene King Visitor Centre, Bury St Edmunds.

Roger Cawdron CMBII, Chairman of the BII’s Anglia Region, is delighted to welcome Churchill and Friend, who will be giving an informative presentation on the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).

Roger Cawdron CMBII said: “ The Disability Discrimination Act has been in force since October 2004. The DDA has been the subject of much debate and misunderstanding. The presentation given by Churchill and Friend will explain what the act means to licensees and how to start making reasonable adjustments to their service and premises".

Roger Cawdron CMBII, welcomes Brian Hardie from Howes Percival Solicitors, who will bringing delegates up to date on licensing reform. Cawdron said: “Licensees have been unsure of the changes which have taken place from February this year. This seminar will help to clarify any difficult points or confusion, which may have arisen.”

Diageo’s ESP Team will be demonstrating how to pour the perfect drink, which promises to be a lively and informative session and certainly not one to miss.
