A person who is directly concerned with the day-to-day supervision of premises (or part of) licensed for the (retail) sale of alcohol for the consumption on or off the premises, (e.g. Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS), Lessee, BDM, restaurant manager) and has accumulated a minimum of 10 points membership eligibility points.
