Phil Dixon takes up temporary role at BII

The British Institute of Innkeeping (BII) regrets to announce that Dave Miners ABII, Head of Membership Recruitment, has been diagnosed with cancer and is currently undergoing treatment.

While he is away, Phil Dixon CMBII will be assisting the Membership Department on a part time basis, as membership consultant. Phil is a well-known figure within the pub trade and was the BII's Membership Development Director from 1997 to 2000. He has advised and represented licensees for over 20 years.

Brian Maughan, the BII’s Membership Director, said: "Our thoughts at this time are with Dave and his family and we look forward to his return. In the meantime we are grateful to Phil Dixon for stepping in at short notice to help out."
