Constellation Europe, headquartered in Guildford, England, is one of the largest premium drinks companies in Europe and is responsible for the sales, marketing and supply of Constellation wines, cider and drinks brands. The wine business handles import, production, distribution, and sales for brands such as Hardys, Nobilo, and many more. Matthew Clark, Constellation's joint venture with Punch Taverns, the U.K.'s largest pub operator, is a strategic route-to-market for our imported wine portfolio and a key supplier of a full range of beverage alcohol products primarily to the on-premise business. Brands in the portfolio include Kumala, Hardys, Banrock Station, Stowells, Nobilo, Ravenswood, Simi, Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi, and Robert Mondavi wines, Blackthorn and Gaymer's Olde English cider and drinks brands including Babycham and Stone's Ginger Wine.
