BII Compliance Packages

The BII compliance package has been developed in conjunction with Safesmart to provide a one stop shop to managing health and safety and employment compliance.  The package has been designed to address key compliance issues in a time and cost effective manner to allow licensees to concentrate on running their businesses.  Employment law content has been provided by BII’s partner Poppleston Allen.

 

The main elements of the package:

  • Online compliance management with recording and monitoring facilities providing secure back-up of all data and evidence of compliance

  • Annual On site health and safety and fire safety risk assessment

  • Telephone and e mail helpline

  • Template documents for Health and Safety policies, risk assessments,  HR etc

  • Guidance documents on key health and safety and employment law issues

  • E learning covering:

         Fire awareness
         Fire warden training
         Display screen equipment
         Environmental awareness
         Food safety
         Health and safety

  • Fire safety equipment maintenance and certification at fixed prices linked to size of premises.  This includes fire alarms including panel, call points and detectors, emergency lighting, extinguishers and fire blankets, PAT testing

  • Facilities management contract sourcing service to provide specialised support/testing at best market rates
