BII Certificate in Multiple Retail Management (MRM)

In response to the BISC report BIIAB has worked with industry representatives and experts, as well as educational consultants, to develop the BIIAB Level 4 Certificate in Multiple Licensed Premises Management. This qualification is the first and only Ofqual regulated qualification for those working within a business development role within licensed hospitality.

To support companies, BII has put together a comprehensive training programme, the BII Certificate in Multiple Retail Management (MRM).  Designed to be delivered in 7 days of formal training over a 6 month period and accompanied with unit pre-work and assessments, the programme is comprised of 8 units covering people and management skills, finance and business planning and the roles and responsibilities of business development managers. Successful completion of the MRM programme and assessments will result in the BIIAB Level 4 Certificate in Multiple Licensed Premises Management.

The MRM programme has been designed to be challenging and relevant to the role of the BDM formalising delegates’ learning in the context of their job role.
