Sky announces suspension of pub billing and services until lockdown is over

The move comes as pubs close for a further 4 weeks until December 2nd 2020

A spokesperson for Sky said:

“We understand that the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to create challenging times for many of our Sky Business customers. 

In light of the Government’s new national restrictions in England, we would like to reassure our impacted customers that we will suspend their Sky services and billing from 5 November until 2 December 2020 or until the restrictions are lifted.

Customers who don’t want their Sky account suspended can visit our online form, fill in their details and we will make sure their Sky service remains unaffected.”
