Yumpingo’s web-based solution is now free for licencees to learn more about what customers are enjoying

Yumpingo Everywhere is a real-time customer engagement platform, making up one of a range of new products the company is launching to enable the industry to come back better.

Operating via the web, Yumpingo Everywhere is triggered whenever a restaurant is digitally engaging their customers, be it via email, text or app. Smart QR codes can be printed onto leaflets or flyers, to be included within delivery drop offs or bags containing takeaway items.

Consumers are encouraged to complete a one-minute review and the resulting data allows licensees to understand what their customers think about the delivery experience be it product, packaging or service-related. Yumpingo then produce insights which enable venues to keep track of what matters to their diners at-home, giving you a clear understanding of what is working well.
