Important message for our members:

Despite the issues facing us all surrounding Coronavirus, we want to reassure you that the BII Team are all here for you.

We have now moved to remote working, but it is currently business as usual.

To help us manage our service to you whilst the team is out of the office, if you ring the BII, you will be asked to leave a message so that a member of staff can return your call as quickly as they are able.

We are all working hard and anticipate being able to get back to you relatively quickly at the moment.

Over this period, if you have any problems, you can still contact our helplines, quoting your membership number, or email membership@bii.org

If you need access to the Helplines, please log in and visit www.bii.org/members-area/helplines
