Molly

Head of Communications

Molly leads our Comms and Marketing team, sharing BII news with Partners, Members and the Media. She also organises our Summer Event and LOYA and NITAs competitions.

Natalie

Head of Partnerships

Natalie is the link between BII Members and our Trusted Partners, and leads our Membership Team. She has developed our Trusted Partner programme, always looking for new products and services to enhance BII Members' businesses.

Hannah

Head of Membership Development

Hannah joined the BII in November 2020 to help us to develop key relationships with our Company Partners, ensuring maximum engagement and value for all BII members, promoting our fantastic Member Benefits programme.

Shila

Head of Finance

Shila joined the BII in 2021, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in the licensed trade. Heading up the Finance Team, her role covers all of the BII's financials and reporting requirements.

Mike

Non-Executive Director (NED)

Having joined the BII in 2016 as CEO, Mike is still an essential part of the team as our NED. Mike has 40+ years experience in the licensed trade and runs the BII's Pub Co and Landlord Helpline, assisting members to create a plan of action that could help them manage their relationships, rent reviews and MRO options.

Jess

Senior Communications & Events Executive

Jess works alongside Molly and the communications team, and the wider team, running lead on our events throughout the year, working on our website content and Trusted Partners marketing.

Max

Marketing Assistant

Max joined the BII in July 2023, having just graduated with a 1st at Southampton University. He brings a young, creative energy to the marketing team and works alongside Jess, Teah and Ben creating socials, guides and much more.

Teah

Marketing Executive

Teodora joined the team in January 2023 and has a great eye for keeping our website fresh. Working alongside Jess, Max and Ben, she helps create guides, social media posts and more.

Marketing Assistant

Ben has been at the BII since October 2023, and works alongside Jess, Max and Teah, Ben helps to create our INNfocus, social media posts and more.

Partnerships Co-Ordinator

Harriet joined the BII in November 2022 works closely with all our Trusted Partners, building great relationships and content for our members.

Membership Team Leader

Katy joined the BII in Jan 2023 oversees the Membership Team, speaking to our members directly to check in with them and help where needed.

Membership Data Services

Joining the BII in January 2022, Ellie oversees all things data relating and runs our CRM looking after all our members.

Kelly works in the Membership Team and joined the BII in January 2022, making calls to members to check in and see how we can help and support them.

Jess joined the BII in October 2023. She is the first point of call for our members, helping with all your queries.

Malcolm

Financial Accountant

Malcolm has been with the BII for 25 years, as a long standing staff member. Malcom works within the finance team but also supports the membership team with the CRM.

Membership Finance Co-Ordinator

Patricia has been with the BII team for several years. She works closely with the BII events and Partners.

Accounts Assistant

Hannah has been with the BII for several years, working in the Finance team. She works closely with partners and all the team at the BII.

IT Support Analyst

David has worked with the BII since 2017. He has a big input with the BII website and works on all the technical areas of the BII behind the scenes.
